ReportFrame workflow notes

Set up projects

Capture the job name, location, contractor, client, and default working hours once so every report starts from the same field context.

Create the report draft

Enter report metadata plus structured rows for work performed, workforce, equipment, safety observations, and open items.

Add photo evidence

Upload site photos after the draft exists, then set figure numbers, captions, and ordering from the report workspace.

Review and export

Use the report preview to check OPI-style layout and generate the PDF surface for project managers or client review.
